Rare Uptown New Westminster land assembly offering a premier location in one of the city’s most established urban corridors with exceptional walkability and convenient access to shopping, services, schools, parks, transit, and other key amenities. Approximately 45,908 sq. ft. across 7 contiguous parcels, this is a rare opportunity to acquire the entire land assembly, with all seven properties to be purchased together. Individual parcels are not available for sale. Asking Price $19,999,000. A pre-application is currently in place for a 41-storey mixed-use tower comprising 466 residential units, presenting an outstanding opportunity for developers. The site also offers significant flexibility for future redevelopment, including strata residential, purpose-built rental, hotel, or mixed-use development, subject to City of New Westminster approval. The existing properties generate stable holding income, helping offset carrying costs while redevelopment plans progress. This is an exceptional opportunity.
