HOLY GUACAMOLE! A fantastic family home with an adjoining ABOVE GROUND suite, in one of the best little communities in North Vancouver! Block parties, bike rides, basketball in the lane, drinks with neighbours and puppy dog walks - Call me cheesy but just invite me to your backyard bbq when you move in! The main home features 4 bedrooms up and an open kitchen/dining/living room on the main, which flows out beautifully onto the massive, fully fenced backyard - complete with gazebo, patio, grassy good times area and secret hammock zone. Downstairs is a big rec room, a 5th bedroom, laundry and bathroom. The suite here is just as nice as the main home too! With a bright & open kitchen/living area, a main floor bedroom, and a downstairs rec room and laundry. Open Sat 2-4
