What it’s actually like.

Clayton — Clayton Heights on the maps — is the fast-built eastern shoulder of Cloverdale, where a decade of new townhome complexes and detached rows has filled in the fields between 188th and Highway 15.

It reads young: strollers on the sidewalks, new schools at capacity, and a short hop to Willowbrook, Costco, and the highway. For a first move up out of a condo, it's often where the math finally works.
